No. Only for large parties, six or more.
Loved the food here! The farm burger is so fresh & filling. The meat is v tasty and flavorful. I would definitely try it again but the wait is crazy after a hike even if you have a reservation don't expect to get your place on time.
A local gem! I've been here twice and the fact that they have frequently varying brunch specials is amazing. This time around I had Cowboy Omelette with jalepeno cheddar biscuits. Holy cow! Delicious! In the beautifully quaint Cold Springs. Will stop by everytime I'm in the area for sure.
Love this place. My husband and I drive from Queens, NY to have my favorite dish - Hudson Hil's Shirred Eggs...Amazing!!
Great place to enjoy breakfast or lunch with family. Good service and excellent quality food. I wish the premises had a little bit more space, and so it can feel a bit crowded. If space is not an issue for you, then you will feel at comfort and in good company! Will continue to come back here with the family!
Great place for breakfast and brunch. Everything we had was delicious and the kids menu was more than great (very generous size portions). The French toast on chocolate babka was delicious!
Great spot for breakfast and lunch. Tasty food and good service.
A delightful gem in the quaint Cold Spring neighborhood.Coming from NYC and being a vegetarian, I’m always on the lookout for farm-fresh, quality eateries when I venture outside my stomping ground. I was very happy with the foods, flavors, and service at Hudson Hil’s.My boyfriend and I ordered omelets and split lemon ricotta pancakes. No one thing stood out to warrant a 5-star review, but it was perfect enough for us and our needs the day we visited. Would recommend.
I was there last Saturday, 6/13/20. I ordered a simple salmon salad for take away. My friend and I walked down to the river to eat. When I opened the bag there were no utensils to eat with, no salad dressing and no napkin.
Greeted by lovely servers, food was served hot and fast (but not to fast that you feel like they are trying to get rid of you) They have a varied menu that offer a great lunch selection as well as alcoholic beverages.... I always recommend getting a glass of Prosecco! A perfect spot for lunch.... Stop here and see for yourself
Great variety of foods; especially for brunch. Very tasty food and service was very good.
I’m going against the grain on this one. Maybe it’s just what we ordered, but there was no question that the service was slow and gave of an irritated vibe. The salads we ordered were just simple greens and raw vegetables. Between the two of us it is need up being $50 because we ordered simple salads with salmon added. I didn’t find value or delight in anything we ordered.
I stumbled on this restaurant while passing through Cold Spring. Not bad, good coffee, but I've had better Eggs Benedict. I know that poached eggs are usually made ahead of time and held but these came out just cooler than room temperature. I think it was actually the sauce that made them that warm. Home fries were pretty good though. Busy place but the service was still pretty quick despite a full dining room. Overall, I'd give it another try before dismissing it, if for no other reason than because there seemed to be a number of regulars/locals.
Food was very good. Beef hash and eggs tasty. Quaker Creek sausage links came out cold be quickly rectified. Dessert. Peach Ginger Blueberry pie. Amazing!!!!!!
This is such a charming Cafe and the food was very good. Sitting outside on the porch was like old times when life was simpler.
Excellent place to buy food when in a rush. Their customer service is quick, rates are fair, good vibes. I highly recommend this place
Decent food, good service, but expect a long wait. This is one of the better places to take your family for a bite to eat around this quaint area. Plenty of seating, and can accommodate large groups. They offer vegan and Vegetarian options as well.
Certainly $$ but they are worth it. The portions are sizable and the food's great. On Sunday, my family waited 30 min. The place is very popular to locals and visitors. The ambience looks old American style. Certainly enjoyable in Fall and Winter.
Loved the food! Fresh, well done and the guys who work over there are kind and very professional! The place is safe and clean, and there is outdoor to grab your food and eat outside !
I was glad to find that they had vegan options for me the food was great. Prepared just like I asked. staff was please and helpful. My Gf loved her lemon ricotta pancakes real beef hash and country fries Oh she loved her eggs with fig and prosciutto
Food is good, but 15.44 for a small sandwich, bit too much! Across the street sandwiches are even better for the half of the price!
This is my favorite place in town for a homey breakfast or lunch. It has a creative brunch style menu. Delicious interesting egg dishes, french toast, sandwiches and salads! The coffee is the best and you can buy it two stores down at the Country Goose if you like it. They have a variety of prosecco based drinks as well as Bloody Mary's, tequila cocktails and wine but there is not a bar area. My favorite treats are the home made scones. They also sell muffins and pies. I think they are only open for breakfast and lunch. It has a very casual county atmosphere sometimes there can be a wait for seating, but they get you in and out without feeling rushed. Excellent friendly service! Credit cards are accepted.
This is obviously one of the best restaurants in the area. Anytime I go there I am very happy. They always keep their high standard service and the highest level of meals they offer. You surely will enjoy this this restaurant. Warmly recommended.
Went here for brunch. Got the Mama’s Rose Garden drink which was great. We ordered some different dishes- all were great. Service was quick & they did not rush us out when we were stalling because of a rain storm. Will be back!
Great stop in a super cute town. Had the egg, fig & prosciutto toast - so yummy! Pomegranate iced tea was tasty and not too sweet. Always had a line out front so be ready to wait (but that’s always a great sign, too!)
After a great morning of hiking in Cold Springs we needed some nourishment to refuel. Thankfully, the restaurant was able to accommodate all 8 of us to sit outside. The service was super nice and the waitress was super patient as a large group can be but we were hungry and ready to order. It was a pleasant day so we sat outside in the patio as we also had a dog. The food came out pretty quickly and everyone was happy with their choice of food. Food with a smile is what I remembered.
Cute Cafe for a lunch or brunch in cold spring. Amazing grilled cheese with brie and apple.
Excellent food, but it's a bit crowed.
